Yesterday we went to our little babies first parent teacher conference!  Wow she is smart!  We found out that she knows about computers and is on one daily :)

We received a link to a website and when we got home we sat her in front of the computer and she went to town.  She looked like a pro!  I couldn't believe it!!

We also found out how well she really is doing in math.  She is great in math and matching.  I guess she is advanced in that area!  How cool.

So our little girl is excelling more than we thought she would with her diagnosis of PDD.  Those little ones aren't given enough credit for how smart they really are.

She continues to make us proud everyday and smiles when we tell her so!

Ok more another day.

Here in dreary Erie winter seems to have arrived!  We've got some snow on the ground and it's cold as all get out here.

On the lighter side our little one got her first school pictures the other day!  We plan on sending them out with our Christmas cards.  She looks absolutely adorable in them.  I'm surprised her hair wasn't all messed up.  They must have fixed it up before they took the photo.

I'm in the planning stage and the photo taking to start the updates on the other part of the swap-bot pages of this blog.

I've received loads of swaps so please be patient.

I've had tons of doctors appointments.  Turns out I have a fibroid cyst.  It's the size of an ice cream cone and the shape of one.  They showed me a scan of it and sad to say I am now turned away from ice cream!

The pain is pretty bad but they have given me meds and the more it's in my system the more the pain seems to go away.

We are in the process of planning our Thanksgiving.  Thought that maybe the little one could make a couple of Thanksgiving crafts and a chain to count down for Christmas.  I used to make those when I was a kid and thought she would just love to do that too.

I'm also in the planning stages of making an advent calendar.  She seems to be interested in Calendars all of a sudden and thought it would be something for her to enjoy in years to come!

Well that's all for now.  Will write more tomorrow after our daughters first parent-teacher-conference!
